In our own lives, each of us was touched by someone—other than our parents—who broadened our horizons and brought a little magic into our lives. By becoming a Big Brother, Big Sister, or even a Big Couple, you can do the same for a child. And you will both be forever changed by the experience.
For over 30 years Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth County has worked to make a positive difference in the lives of children in our community who are facing emotional, social and academic challenges by matching them with adult role-models who, in as little as 4 hours a month, can change that young person's life. We currently have a list of over 30 children who are waiting for a Big Brother or Big Sister, someone to have fun with and confide in, someone to be a mentor, a guide and a friend.
